We perform projects of all sizes for the drinking and waste water industries and can provide you with a filter or softening installation. However, if you are looking for professional assistance with civil engineering projects and pipe line works you can also count on us to deliver a superior solution. We build custom mobile treatment systems and it is even possible to rent a water treatment system from us. All our solutions are listed and explained below.

About us

We are Rook Pijpleidingbouw. Rook has been designing, constructing and maintaining drinking and industrial water treatment plants for almost 50 years. With a team of more than 30 experienced specialists, we perform projects of all type and size for the drinking and waste water industries. From production to maintenance At Rook the entire production process – from design to assembly - is in-house and we are dedicated to delivering superior solutions to our customers. Due to our large stock we have fast lines of communication, meaning that our projects are executed and finished at impressive speed without any compromising on quality. The production process At our engineering department you will find experienced designers and process technology specialists hard at work. These experienced professionals design, calculate and develop water treatment plants and piping systems. We have our own production facilities where we process steel, stainless steel and synthetics for, among other things: Piping; Fittings; Tanks; Filtration tanks; Bunkers; Covers/doors. Moreover, we have our own Rilsan® powder coating installation to finish all components, rendering them durable and sustainable. Our assembly department has all the required materials at hand to assemble your project in the most effective way.

History

From a small farming construction business... The story of Rook Pijpleidingbouw starts in 1969, when Reinder and Piet Rook (father and son) started their own business. From a small shed in Sint Jansklooster they started out as a small farming construction business. Over time they started building and maintaining drinking water facilities. As the years progressed they developed this line of business to the impressive level at which the company now stands. ... to specialist in water treatment systems Nowadays, Rook Pijpleidingbouw is an experienced specialist in the design, development and maintenance of projects in the field of drinking water treatment, waste water treatment, civil engineering and infrastructure. Successful family business Rook is still a successful family business. Today, the third generation of the family is at the helm: Renee Rook.

Coatings

At our production facilities we use our own Rilsan coating installation. This ensures that we can quickly and professionally provide all of our products and systems with a high-end quality coating.

Rilsan powder coating

The Rilsan coating installation process ensures that the powder coating of our parts and products is done in the correct way. The important advantages and characteristics of Rilsan are:

high chemical resistance;
certified for drinking water systems;
solvent free;
smooth, flexible and pore-free;
sustainable.

KIWA directives

All manufactured pipes and couplings are processed and checked for coating suitability in accordance with KIWA directive BRL K758. After a successful assessment the part is blasted, then coated with Rilsan powder in accordance with KIWA BRL K746, which is focused on contact with drinking water.

Fast and flexible delivery

The entire production process – from design to assembly – is in-house. Our efficient communication, large stock and professional staff ensure that we deliver an effective solution in a fast and flexible way.
